چکیده

In this survey we report some recent results in the mathematical modelling of epidemic phenomena through use kinetic equations. We initially consider models interaction between agents which social characteristics play a key role spread an epidemic, such as age individuals, number contacts, and their economic wealth. Subsequently, for models, discuss possibility containing appropriate optimal control formulation based on policy maker’s perception progress epidemic. The uncertainty data is also discussed addressed. Finally, extended to spatially dependent settings using multiscale transport that can characterize impact movement dynamics advancement both one-dimensional networks realistic two-dimensional geographic settings.

Epidemic spreading dynamics with drug resistance and heterogeneous contacts.

Drug resistance and strong contacts actually play crucial roles in epidemic spread in complex systems. Nevertheless, neither theoretical model or methodology is proposed to address this. We thus consider an edge-based epidemic spread model considering the two key ingredients, in which the contacts are grouped into two classes: strong contacts and normal ones. Next, we present a unified edge-bas...

Dynamics of Macro–Nano Mechanical Systems; Fixed Interfacial Multiscale Method

The continuum based approaches don’t provide the correct physics in atomic scales. On the other hand, the molecular based approaches are limited by the length and simulated process time. As an attractive alternative, this paper proposes the Fixed Interfacial Multiscale Method (FIMM) for computationally and mathematically efficient modeling of solid structures. The approach is applicable to mult...

Spatial epidemic network models with viral dynamics

A mathematical model is presented for the spread of viral diseases within human or other populations in which both the dynamics of viral growth within individuals and the interactions between individuals are taken into account. We thus bridge the classical macroscopic approach to the growth and population dynamics of disease at the microscopic level. Each member, i , of the population of n indi...

Dynamics of a Delayed Epidemic Model with Beddington-DeAngelis ‎Incidence Rate and a Constant Infectious Period

In this paper, an SIR epidemic model with an infectious period and a non-linear Beddington-DeAngelis type incidence rate function is considered. The dynamics of this model depend on the reproduction number R0. Accurately, if R0 < 1, we show the global asymptotic stability of the disease-free equilibrium by analyzing the corresponding characteristic equation and using compa...

Modelling spatial market dynamics with retail agents

The power of agent-based modelling (ABM), when integrated with other AI-based and conventional approaches, can be greatly enhanced. The resulting hybrid systems offer a flexible modelling environment that exploits the benefits of the component methods. In particular, the ABM paradigm can be used to explore and understand systems that are governed by complex, non-linear relationships and self-or...
